VIA is a marketplace platform that connects vendors who offer products such as grocery, produce, and other goods, customers who purchase these products, and delivery drivers who deliver orders. VIA does not own or produce the products listed on the Platform. Each vendor remains fully responsible for the quality and safety of the items they sell.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must keep your login information confidential and not share it with others.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information such as price, images, availability, and description.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper packaging.
• Comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and health or safety standards. VIA is not liable for vendor product issues.

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver orders.
• Maintain professionalism and good communication with customers and vendors.
• Follow route instructions and approved delivery timing. Drivers act as independent contractors, not employees of VIA.

5. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed through the Platform and must be confirmed by the vendor.
• Payment is processed securely through supported payment methods. Additional fees may apply depending on location and delivery conditions.
• In some cases, orders may be delayed, substituted, or cancelled due to vendor or delivery limitations.
